Roche
The brief was to provide a team building event based on the theme of energy.  We devised three workshops for 90 of their staff. We left them all completely chilled out but  with a tool kit of techniques - mission accomplished.

The Roy Leighton Partnership
We have been working with the Roy Leighton partnership since the 2008, bringing Tai Chi principles into training courses for Unilver (via Sequoia) and St Andrews Healthcare.  Working with Roy has been exciting and fulfilling.

NASUWT
We have been working with the NASUWT for about two years now - providing well being interventions and workshops for their members.  They have told us the workshops where very beneficial and have booked us for more!

ATL (Association of Teachers and Lecturers)
The brief was to provide a well being intervention that would relax and invigorate the group after a training course in Bristol.  We taught them how to relax and support each other to do so (with Tai Chi partner exercises) along with some simple Qigong exercises and visualisation techniques.

Rentshield Direct
A leading property services company, Rentshield have recently benefitted from a course of well-being sessions from us and where very happy with the effects.

Work Club
Our connection with this leading advertising agency goes back a year or two - and they have really enjoyed their Tai Chi.
