Tai Chi and Qigong Classes in Italy

Dorothy Berry-Lound is a qualified Tai Chi Nation Instructor and teaches at her centre in Umbria (near Paciano), "Il Loto Puro" which means The Pure Lotus.

Ongoing beginners classes (first year) are held on a Saturday 11.15-12.15am.

Second year classes are held on a Saturday 10-11am.

New beginners classes will be arranged for later in the year or by application (if a group of friends would like to start a class).

Cost 10 euros per person per class. One-to-one sessions with improvers are also available on request cost 20 euros per hour.

Dorothy is particularly interested in the health benefits of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, as she has learnt to adapt to living with a variety of auto immune diseases and has seen first hand the benefits of regular practice.
