“A big thank you to all my London students for their continued support throughout the year. Christmas is now upon us, so we are taking a break from 19th December and starting back on 10^th (NW6) and 11^th (E8) January. You are welcome to join us in the New Year to renew your energy and take a positive step for your well-being.

We are offering a special January promotion at both our London venues: 3 classes for £20 or £8 per session. I wish you a very Happy Christmas and hope that 2012 brings you happy, relaxing and healthy times.
