Our venue has been chosen for it's atmosphere and stunning location. Designed to give you the space to unwind, re-charge and go with the flow , Sharpham House offers all of this and more.  Our venue is not a hotel, but has comfortable and simple rooms and importantly more character than any hotel could ever offer.  We have been running retreats there for over 8 years.

Sharpham House is full of character and beauty.  A Palladian style house commissioned in the last years of the 18th century, it is a grand but rambling house set in a 300 acre estate.  With awesome views and over 30 rooms (great for a game of hide and seek!) you can get lost in the gentle ambience and will wake up in awe of the unspoilt feel of your surroundings.  The food is super healthy and delicious cooked by Sharpham's in house chefs using mainly locally sourced produce.

Sharpham is just outside Totnes in South Devon.  The train service to Totnes is excellent and we provide a free transfer in our eco friendly Mercedes (runs on biofuel made from recycled vegetable oil), subject to availability.

Prices from £239 to £259 per person, full board (vegetarian).  Massage, shiatsu or reflexology available (£40).  Max group size 18.

When
All our retreats begin from 4pm on the Friday and finish on the Sunday at 3.30pm and include about 9-10 hours of workshops. The welcome meeting is usually at 6.30pm.  If you arrive later, that is fine.

We will send you full information to help you with travel, when you book, along with everything else you need to know.

Pricing
Costs per person range from £239 to £259 depending on what type of room you require and whether you are happy to share with another Tai Chi person (of the same sex), come as a couple, with friends or would prefer a single room.  Single rooms are available on a first come first served basis.  The price includes all food (very tasty vegetarian).
