Big Qi Gong, Little Tai Chi
24th to 26th September at Sharpham House, Devon.
It's nice to take things easy and enjoy the flow of lots of Qi Gong, which lets face it, is easier to learn than Tai Chi. This will give your body a superb workout and your mind a gentle massage - with the resultant benefits. We'll also throw in a bit of Tai Chi so you can learn to move like a Tai Chi master and impress your friends back home. An easy yet profound weekend of rejuvenation with two lovely teachers.
With Joe Salmon and Helen Holden. Joe and Helen will be teaching Qigong/Tai Chi and its connection with health and well-being.
