Tai Chi Nation

Us :: Tai Chi and Qigong Teachers

At present we are a five:

Matthew Rochford
Matthew was born in Scotland in 1969 and has been practising Tai Chi and Qigong since 1991. Having successfully run a leading Tai Chi school for ten years he set up Tai Chi Nation this year with the aim of making Tai Chi more relevant to the needs of the modern world.

Matthew teaches on our weekends, camp, courses and corporate programmes. He also teaches at The Hill That Breathes as part of their Masters Programme.

Excerpt from a recent interview with Matthew:

"I think my early interest in Tai Chi was born out of a desire to feel more balanced in myself and with others, rather than to fight or win competitions."
