Ordering
Orders can be made online via our secure server (128 bit enctption providing the highest levels of security), or by post.
We do not accept credit/debit cards via telephone.
We reserve the right to alter or amend product specifications without prior notice.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order from the date of the contract, and up to seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
In the event of order cancellation, your money will be refunded in full within thirty days, less the cost of postage and packing if applicable. Orders can only be cancelled if items are unused, unopened and unworn.
Delivery
You will be advised when placing your order of the anticipated delivery time. Most products are available for immediate dispatch, however there are instances where products are manufactured to order.
You will be immediately notified if the goods you have ordered are out of stock and given the option to cancel or amend your order. Items are sent out Recorded First Class (UK) or International Signed For.
Guarantee
Manufacturers guarantee/warranty will apply where appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns
Damaged or missing goods must be notified to us in writing within seven working days.
Before returning any defective goods you must first contact Tai Chi Nation Ltd/www.taichination.comto obtain a Return Authorisation Number. We cannot accept any returned goods without a Return Authorisation Number.
We regret that goods incorrectly ordered cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
In cases of product defect Tai Chi Nation Ltd/www.taichination.com will reimburse the postage costs on receipt of return and a new product of exact specification will be dispatched if it is in stock.
If the customer decides to return the product and cancel the order, the customer will pay for the cost of the return postage.

Please read this before booking:
Refunds/Cancellations
If you cancel your place more than six weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, less a £10 admin fee to cover our costs.
If you cancel two to six weeks before the event, you wil receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than two weeks before the event no refund will be granted.
By booking on to this event you agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional and psychological welfare during your stay.
Agreement/terms and conditions for camps
We are delighted that you are booking.
We just need to run a few things by you before proceeding though:
Refunds/Cancellations
If you cancel your place more than four weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, less a £10 admin fee to cover our costs.
If you cancel two to four weeks before the event, you wil receive a 75% refund.
If you cancel less than two weeks and more than one week before the event you will receive a 25% refund.
If you cancel less than one week prior to the event no refund will be granted.
All children remain the full responsibility of their parents throughout the weekend
Everyone helps in the running of the camp
No dogs
No drugs or alcohol
Bring your tent and bedding etc etc!
By booking on to this event you agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional and psychological welfare during your stay.
Complaints
Should you wish to register a complaint with Tai Chi Nation Ltd/www.taichination.com then please contact talktous@taichination.com providing as much information as possible. For our part we undertake to acknowledge your communication within five working days, and to address the issues raised as early as possible.
