The weekend will be taught to give all who come an in-depth appreciation. Taiji is a resource and method for being at one with oneself and one's everyday world and the traditional training method reflects this approach.

Luke is a lineage based instructor and student of Patrick Kelly. He has been developing his own practice for over 35 years. He recently taught at Tai Chi Caledonia and continues to instruct at the highest level. His online taiji course 'iChi' is now complete and available here:

Tai Chi and Qigong Gathering Weekends

With: Joe Salmon 

These weekends will offer a mix of Qigong and Tai Chi. They are divided into sections from beginners Qigong to Advanced Tai Chi Practices. It is possible to attend for a morning or an afternoon session, a single day or all weekend.

Saturday Morning: Qigong for Beginners to Intermediate

Saturday Afternoon: Tai Chi for Beginners and Intermediates: Tai Chi Basics and Forms

Sunday Morning: Qigong: Keen beginners to advanced Qigong

Sunday Afternoon: Intermediate to advanced Tai Chi: Forms, Internal Focus, Partner Exercises and Weapon forms.

Levels (a rough guide)
Generally it's hard to classify oneself into these categories, as it's not just time in years it's also how much time spent practising.  However this guide will give you an idea at least, so you can choose the right weekend for you.

Beginner - complete newbies up to 12 months experience
Improver - 12 months to 2/3 years experience
Intermediate - 2/3 years to 10 years experience
Advanced - more than 10 years experience
